Roger Gomoll has worked in public radio since 1975 – the first 23 years spent in various roles with Minnesota Public Radio, including classical music announcer, fundraising manager, and station manager. Roger now works for Public Radio International and serves on National Public Radio’s Distribution and Interconnection Committee. He and his wife, Elizabeth, recently launched OnAirFundraising, which offers public radio consulting services and drive planning software. Roger has volunteered countless hours to numerous nonprofit boards. He is a classically trained tubist and pianist, and plays in several musical ensembles. He holds pilot certificates for glider, single and multi-engine airplanes, and is instrument rated.
